We Build You A Facility, Not A Rate Card.
Dedicated capacity for enterprise inference workloads at power plants that are already running. You get a location, a contract and an energization date — not a queue position on somebody else's shared cluster.
What You're Buying
A facility built for enterprise inference, sized to your load and to your specification, at a site we own or control. Not time-sliced. Not oversubscribed. Not resold out from under you when a larger tenant arrives. Frontier training buyers are not who this is for.
We handle power, site, fiber, integration and operations. You contract for capacity, and we hand you an energization date we can hold to because the power is already running.
Who Delivers Each Part
Operations sit with a contracted operator under a defined standard — not with a team assembled after the fact.
Modular Infrastructure
Containers from a tier-one modular infrastructure manufacturer.
Integration & Day 2 Operations
A global systems integrator, acting as operator of record.
Orchestration
An NVIDIA Cloud Partner certified platform.
The Facility Itself
Built to the NVIDIA Cloud Partner reference architecture.
Partner names are shared under NDA and published here as each permission clears.

The Questions You're Going To Ask Anyway
Where does the power come from, and what happens if it stops?
Behind-the-meter supply from the host plant, with the redundancy arrangement documented per site. We'll show you the specifics for the site you're considering.
What uptime do you commit to?
Contracted per facility and priced accordingly. We'd rather write a number we can hold than quote a tier we can't.
What's the network story?
Fiber feasibility is completed before we commit to a site. Routes and carriers are confirmed per location, not assumed.
Who am I actually contracting with?
A single-purpose entity for the facility, with AIEnergy Bridge, Inc. as developer, owner and operator. One point of contact throughout.
Tell us your load and your date. We'll tell you which site and when.
